We offer two distinct pathways:

The Coaching Path: Soul Essent™ Life & Leadership Coaching. Through three- and six-month packages. Each virtual session is 55 minutes.
Providing guidance, mind-taming tools, and timeless principles for life as it is and as it can be. Empowered with self-awareness, agility, and intentional action.

The Channeling Path: Soul Essent™ Multi-Dimensional Channeling Sessions. Each virtual session is 55 minutes.
Providing a conduit to an expanded state of consciousness, personal messages beyond time and space, and intimate revelations honoring the beauty of your own soul.

Sacred Direction

Dear Friends,

I am a seeker in the name of love. I am matter and stardust. I am a child of wonder, practicality, and purpose. I am a warrior armed with compassion and insight. I am a coach, leader, and energy worker.

Grew up in the Valley. We had no religion. Therefore, I searched for answers and holy ground everywhere. Sweat in bent willow lodges and threw spaghetti against the wall.

After university, I was hired as an art director for global advertising firm McCann Worldgroup, among others. Fired, lucky me. I spied a 1”x2” article posted on cork board at the Bodhi Tree on Melrose that led me to certification as a Professional Clinical Herbalist (RH), healer, formulator, and purveyor for Le Bernardin by Eric Ripert, the Ritz-Carlton, etc. I designed art furniture that garnered global attention but didn't sell. To make ends meet, I built my own company marketing and branding Fortune 500+ enterprises.

Worn through, a different path emerged – initiation into Tibetan Buddhism and the diamond vehicle. I became a certified Meditation Instructor. As well as a mother, writer, artist, and serial entrepreneur. Discovering coaching as a way to help others, I was inducted into the International Coaching Federation.

Whisperings to channel higher wisdom appeared out of nowhere. So I followed that calling too.

During this period of self-reflection, study, disintegration, and integration, in a flash of light and despair, I realized my life's calling extends far beyond me.

I now help clients claim the brilliance in their own souls. As they navigate those inevitable rough patches. Get clear. And respond to life from there.
