Sacred Direction
I grew up in the San Fernando Valley. I shopped at malls, wore red boots, and ate cotton candy. My mom made pot roast on Sundays.
We had no religion.
Following university, I worked as an art director for global advertising firm McCann Worldgroup, among others. Fired. Lucky me, I found a 1”x2” article posted on cork board at the Bodhi Tree Bookstore on Melrose that led me to the healing arts and certification as a Professional Clinical Herbalist. I also became a mother, method writer, artist, and entrepreneur. To make ends meet, I spent the next decade or so supporting C-level Fortune 500 decision makers and vibrant start-ups. Worn out. I chose a different path. Studying and practicing Tibetan Buddhism, initiated into the Vajrayana. Post-cancer in 2019, I became an International Coaching Federation Certified Life & Leadership Coach. In 2020, I became certified as a Meditation Instructor and created a series of guided meditations streamed on SPOTIFY. Immersing myself in the timeless wisdom of East and West. During this period of self-reflection and discovery, I realized my life's calling extends far beyond me — I am here to help others find their purpose, and navigate those inevitable rough patches and transitions with more skill, ease, resilience, and agency.
