EGYPTIAN PRAYER
Hail to you, Osiris, Lord of eternity, Whose heart is calm amidst the chaos of the world. You who have passed through the trials of death and rebirth, Teach us the secrets of serenity and inner balance. Grant us the strength to navigate life's challenges, And the wisdom to find peace amidst the storms. May our hearts be as light as a feather, Free from the burdens that weigh us down. O Ptah, creator and sustainer of all things, Guide us on the path of Ma'at, the divine order.

STRAW INTO GOLD
What if what's got you baffled, anxious, mad, or miserable (straw) becomes a lifelong practice opportunity for greater understanding, reverence, and self-compassion (gold)? I'm not talking about self-improvement. But, rather, about making the choice to step back, breathe, notice, and release our grip on how things are supposed to be. In doing so, no matter how difficult, grace, ease, and love have space to emerge and lead the way. For example: One client, a hospice nurse, was
