JUST LET GO

Yesterday, I read Buddhist teacher Jack Kornfield's simple mantra to relieve our suffering minds in the moment. When we want something, are triggered, think we need to be "fixed", or are trying to figure things out, repeat these two words:


LET GO


I've studied ancient spiritual texts and human potential books, gone on silent retreat, done breathwork and held my breath, talked things out, done sweat lodges, practiced Ngondro, studied neuroscience, chanted mantras, tried to save the world, studied internal family systems theory, tapped, and prayed.


LET GO


A zillion ways exist to help us achieve more understanding, healing, and wholenss.


LET GO


Right now. With everything impacting everyone everywhere, these two words beckon us home to self.


LET GO


Then. Notice. Listen. Experience what your body is whispering to your soul. If you wait. If you practice. If you really want to know.


Below the noise, our brains and nervous systems begin to stabilize, discover clarity, and our flow state.
